Attempt an Autopsy
See if you can work out the cause of death by looking at evidence revealed by the autopsy.
Early in the morning of 14 January 2006, Mrs Dyson collapsed on the back doorstep of her house. By the time her husband, who had been having his morning shower, discovered her, it was too late. He called an ambulance but the paramedics were unable to resuscitate her.
Mrs Dyson had considered herself a fit woman and had not seen a doctor for almost a year. As a result her doctor was unable to issue a death certificate and the HM Coroner requested an autopsy.
All characters and events are fictional, although they are based on real autopsy findings. The order and presentation of the findings are not given in the same fashion as they would be for a real autopsy.
